Tiffany terry

Tiffany became a doula because she wanted to help women and families as they welcomed new life. Pregnancy, labor, and postpartum are very critical, emotional, stressful, scary, and exciting times for moms and their families. As a mother of three she fully understands the decisions, the emotions, and the potential anxiety that can come along with bringing a baby earth side. Tiffany is an amazing advocate, support, helper, and instant friend. She is one of the most likable people you’ll ever meet. She has had her own varied birth experiences that range from a cesarean to a hospital VBAC to a peaceful HBAC in her own bathtub. She is also a respected T.R.I.B.E. member.

Elizabeth Velasquez

Liz has been a birth doula since 2014.  One of her most important roles is to nurture the mother's emotional experience at her birth, not just the physical (which she is also amazing at!). She also teams up very well with the birth partner to help the client feel safe, supported, respected and in control of her birth experience, while surrounded and supported by those who love her the most.  Liz is also a founding member of the T.R.I.B.E. Cooperative.  She is married and has three beautiful children.

T.R.I.B.E. Doulas

The Trauma & Resilience - Informed Birth Education (T.R.I.B.E.) Collective is a cooperative that seeks to improve birth and early childhood outcomes in the  Dayton region. They have a beautiful collective of birth doulas! I definitely recommend checking them out! Learn more here.

Kristen Martin, CD

My name is Kristen and I am a certified birth doula! After being a stay at home mom for years, I made the decision to become a doula after the home birth of our fourth child. Being supported and encouraged through my birth choices completely changed how I viewed birth. Now, I have a passion for bringing strength and empowerment to your birth experience.
