  • All appointments are held in Emily’s Office, except for your very first postpartum visit. That visit does not need to be scheduled ahead of time. Emily will schedule it with you before she leaves your house after the birth.

  • If you have already been accepted into care, Congratulations! What an exciting journey you are on!

    It is very important that you quickly:

    • Complete your electronic health chart thoroughly.

    • Pay your $500 retainer.

    • Make sure Emily is aware if you have a limited schedule. She will schedule all of your appointments (between now and the Spring) for you. You will need to schedule the rest of them right away.

    These are very important steps in ensuring that your spot with Emily will be held. She will turn many families away from care after she agrees to partner with you. Completing these steps in a timely fashion helps prevent anyone from being sent away unnecessarily.

    She is really looking forward to working with you on such a special journey!

    Appointments starting in the Spring of 2025 will be scheduled every 50 minutes rather than every hour. The appointment length has not changed. Emily has just reduced the length of time for her scheduled break in between appointments. (She always plans for a few minutes in between clients to get caught up on tasks).

  • Emily will be away at times, which can make scheduling sometimes tricky. You can always see her up to date “Vacation Schedule” here.

  • Emily will plan to schedule all of your appointments for you between now and Spring of 2025.

    You can self schedule any of your appointments after this.

    If you are having trouble scheduling any of your appointments (due to lack of availability during that time), go ahead and schedule all of the ones that you can during the appropriate weeks.

    Let Emily know ASAP so she can help you schedule any appointments that you couldn’t.
