“I value building a trusting, warm, and non-judgmental relationship with my clients. It is my hope that you will feel my compassion and understanding, while also feeling challenged to explore new ways of thinking and feeling.”

Becoming a parent is the most significant change anyone will ever go through. From the biological changes to the relationship changes this time can be very difficult for families to navigate on their own. As a survivor of postpartum depression, I have made it my career goal to decrease the number of women who experience perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. I focus on providing psycho-education surrounding the perinatal period to help families prepare for what to expect throughout that time as well as working with families to identify their support systems and knowing when to ask for help.
